May 07, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I have hereby signed six bills associated with Bill Number 260060, introduced by Councilmember Kendra Brooks, and passed by City Council on April 23, 2026. When this legislative package of seven bills was heard by the Committee of the Whole, members of my administration testified, affirming that I unequivocally understand and appreciate the intent to ensure the safety for some of Philadelphia's most vulnerable.
