WHEREAS, The Southeast Youth Athletic Association (SEYAA) has been a cornerstone of youth sports and recreation in South Philadelphia since its founding in 1993 ; and WHEREAS, A self-sufficient non-profit organization that is run by an all-volunteer staff that manages sports programming for over 5000 children annually aged 3 to 17 years old ; and WHEREAS, SEYAA manages everything from Flag Football to Basketball, from T-Ball to soccer.
