Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 22 Wolf St., Philadelphia, PA 19148, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 22 WOLF ASSOCIATES LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 22 Wolf St., Philadelphia, PA 19148 D/B/A Federal Donuts & Chicken A total of four (4) tables and sixteen (16) seats for a sidewalk café will be adjacent to the building of 22 Wolf Street and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet eight inches (4’-8”) towards the south along the north footway of Swanson Street starting from a point approximately sixty-eight feet three inches (68’-3”) east of the Wolf Street west curbline to a point approximately twenty-six feet (26’-0”) farther west leaving a minimum of nine feet (9’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway. SECTION 2.
