Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, P A I D, EASTERN ASSOC 1 or the owner’s designee (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 416-38 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia, PA 19123 A total of three (3) pedestrian lights are located along the south sidewalk of Spring Garden Street along the curbline of 416-38 Spring Garden Street written in three parts: Part 1 One (1) pedestrian light will be located adjacent to the curbline at 416-38 Spring Garden Street and will encroach a distance of approximately two feet six inches (2’-6”) towards the south along the south footway of Spring Garden Street at a point approximately eighty-five feet four inches (85’-4”) east North 5th Street east curbline leaving a minimum eight feet (8’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
