Authorizing various encroachments in the vicinity of 5901 Wayne Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, Germantown Auto Supply LLC (the “Landlord/owner) with ULTIMO COFFEE, to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 5901 Wayne Avenue Philadelphia, PA 1914 D/B/A ULTIMO COFFEE A total of four (4) tables and eight (8) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the property line of 5901 Wayne Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately two feet (2’-0) towards the west along the east footway of Wayne Avenue starting from a point approximately twelve feet ten inches (12’-10”) north of the West Rittenhouse Street north curbline to a point approximately twenty-five feet eight inches (25’-8”) farther north leaving a minimum ten feet five inches (10’-5”) of clear unobstructed footway.
