THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to 500 NCCB Unit A Fee Owner LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own and maintain encroachments (collectively, the “Encroachments”) in the vicinity of 510 N Christopher Columbus Blvd as specified in the Encroachments Description below, subject to all restrictions set forth in this ordinance: Property : 510 N Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19123 (the “Property”) Encroachments Description : A proposed building access ramp and elevator will be located along the property line of 510 North Christopher Columbus Boulevard and will encroach a distance of approximately nine feet four inches (9’-4”) towards the east along the west footway of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard starting from a point approximately seventy-six feet four inches (76’-4”) north of the Noble Street north curbline to a point approximately twenty-three feet one inch (23’-1”) farther north leaving a minimum nine feet seven inches (9’-7”) of clear unobstructed footway.
