To adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2027-2032 inclusive. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2027 to 2032, inclusive, totaling twenty-two billion, one hundred thirty-two million, five hundred and fifty-six thousand dollars ($22,132,556,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
