THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 5021 BALTIMORE LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property : 5021-23 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143 D/B/A Booker's Restaurant & Bar A total of five (5) tables and twelve (12) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the north sidewalk of Baltimore Avenue along the property line and curbline of 5021-23 Baltimore Avenue written in two parts: Part 1 Three (3) tables and six (6) seats will be located adjacent to the curbline and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet six inches (4’-6”) towards the north along the north footway of Baltimore Avenue starting from a point approximately two hundred forty-eight feet three inches (248’-3”) west of the South 50th Street west curbline to a point approximately eighteen feet (18’-0”) farther east leaving a minimum nine feet (9’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
