Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Farmers’ Markets,” by adding a permissible location at the 4 th District Container Village located at 4862-70 Parkside Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19131. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 9-213. Farmers’ Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers’ Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (rrr) The 4 th District Container Village located at 4862-70 Parkside Avenue. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
