To adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2026-2031 inclusive. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2026 to 2031, inclusive, totaling seventeen billion, nine hundred twenty-five million, one hundred twenty-two thousand dollars ($17,925,122,000 in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
