THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 3 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 3. AIR MANAGEMENT CODE * * * CHAPTER 3-300. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS * * * § 3-307. Fees. (1) Installation Permits. The fee shall be as follows: (a) Boilers, Warm Air Furnaces, and Hot Water Heaters: (.1) Where the rated capacity is 20,000,000 BTU per hour or less. . . . .
