Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 161 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19122, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, MIRWAIS SAIDI and SHARARA SAIDI (the “Owners”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 161 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19122 D/B/A Emmett A total of eight (8) tables and sixteen (16) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the property line of 161 West Girard Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately five feet (5’-0”) towards the west along the east footway of North Hancock Street starting from a point approximately twenty-eight feet six inches (28’-6”) north of the West Girard Avenue north curbline to a point approximately thirty-seven feet (37’-0”) farther north leaving a minimum six feet (6’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway. SECTION 2.
