Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 1444 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19125, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, S& L REAL ESTATE LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 1444 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19125 D/B/A Pearl's on the Corner Sixteen (16) tables and thirty-two (32) seats will be located adjacent to the building line of 1444 Frankford Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet (4’-0”) towards the north along the south footway of Jefferson Street starting from a point approximately twenty feet two inches (20’-2”) west of the Frankford Avenue west curbline to a point approximately sixty-one feet five inches (61’-5”) farther west leaving a minimum of six feet (6’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway. SECTION 2.
