Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Holmesburg Fish and Game Protective Association, Inc., for use of all or a portion of the City property bounded by the Pennypack Creek, the Delaware River, Pennypack Street, and State Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Holmesburg Fish and Game Protective Association, Inc., for use of all or a portion of the City property bounded by the Pennypack Creek, the Delaware River, Pennypack Street, and State Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement between the City of Philadelphia, as landlord, and the Holmesburg Fish and Game Protective Association, Inc., as tenant, for use of all or a portion of City property bounded by the Pennypack Creek, the Delaware River, Pennypack Street, and State Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, pursuant to terms substantially set forth in Exhibit “A”. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve the lease agreement and all instruments and documents necessary and helpful to effectuate this Ordinance, and to include in the lease agreement and all other instruments and documents all terms and conditions the City Solicitor deems necessary, proper, and desirable to promote and protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purpose of this Ordinance.
