Amending Section 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts” by amending Section 14-520, entitled “/NDO, Ninth District Overlay District,” by making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: * * * TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * § 14-520. /NDO, Ninth District Overlay District. * * * (3) Supplemental Use Regulations. * * * (b) Commercial Review Areas. Notwithstanding the principal uses allowed within Commercial Review Areas, the following uses shall require a Special Exception: (.1) Convenience Sales. (.2) Vehicle and Vehicular Equipment Sales and Services. (.3) Event Assembly Facility. (.4) Medical Marijuana Dispensary (c) Commercial Review Areas - Wadsworth Avenue In addition to the uses listed in §14-520(3)(b), the following uses shall require a Special Exception: (.1) Child Care Center (.2) Food, Beverages, and Groceries (.3) Prepared Food Shop * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added.
