Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 2654 S 10TH ST LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 2654 S 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19148 D/B/A Oregon Steaks Various encroachments including an existing canopy and proposed sidewalk café with a total of four (4) tables and eight (8) seats located along the curb line of 2654 South 10th Street. Canopy An existing canopy made of permanent construction will be located along the curb line of 2654 South 10th Street and encroach a distance of sixteen feet (16’-0”) towards the south along the north sidewalk of Oregon Avenue starting from a point approximately twenty-seven feet (27’-0”) west of the South 10th Street west curbline to a point approximately thirty-two feet eight inches (32’-8”) farther west leaving a minimum of fourteen feet (14’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
