WHEREAS, Kada Scott was a proud daughter of Philadelphia, known for her joyful personality, entrepreneurial drive, and unwavering love for her family and community; and WHEREAS, Kada was educated in the City of Philadelphia and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Liberal Arts and Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State); and WHEREAS, While pursuing her studies, Kada exemplified remarkable leadership and ambition founding and operating K$ Beauty Facial Spa in Mt.
