Amending Section 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by amending Section 14-530, entitled “Eighth District Overlay District,” and making related changes all under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: * * * TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * 14-530. /EDO, Eighth District Overlay District. * * * (4) Personal Care Home and Group Living uses are prohibited in RSD-1, RSD-2, RSD-3, RSA-1, RSA-2, RSA-3, RSA-4, RSA-5, RSA-6, AND RTA-1 districts. ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added.
