WHEREAS, Stephen Fulton Jr. is a professional American boxer nicknamed “Cool Boy Steph,” who has held world championships in two different weight classes. He was born on July 17 th , 1994, in North Philadelphia. Raised by a single mother, surrounded by street violence and lost childhood friends, he was inspired to take a different route in life. Fulton Jr. has made an impact on the boxing community, paving the way for future generations and shining a spotlight on the city of Philadelphia.
