Authorizing a Streetery in the Right-of-Way adjacent to 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILALDEPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, AFTER 20 YEARS LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain a Streetery in the Right-of-Way adjacent to such property (the “Streetery”) as follows: Property: 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 (the “Property”) Streetery Description: One (1) Streetery Structure with four (4) tables and ten (10) seats and one (1) planter will be located in the cartway, adjacent to the curb line of 3467 Richmond Street in the south parking lane and will encroach a distance of approximately seven feet two inches (7’-2”) towards the north along the cartway of Tioga Street starting from a point approximately forty-eight feet (48’-0”) east of the Richmond Street east curbline to a point approximately twenty feet (20’-0”) farther east. SECTION 2. The construction, use, and maintenance of the Streeteries described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission.
