THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, AFTER 20 YEARS LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property : 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 A total of fifteen (15) tables and eighty (80) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the south sidewalk of Tioga Street along the property line of 3467 Richmond Street written in four parts: Part 1: Five (5) tables and twenty-two (22) seats will be located adjacent to the building line of 3467 Richmond Street and will encroach a distance of approximately six feet six inches (6’-6”) towards the north along the south footway of Tioga Street starting from a point approximately twenty-one feet eight inches (21’-8”) east of the Richmond Street east curbline to a point approximately thirty-two feet (32’-0”) farther east leaving a minimum six feet six inches (6’-6”) of clear unobstructed footway.
