Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, THOMAS F DONATUCCI III and ROBERT DONATUCCI (the “Owners”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 4435-37 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104 D/B/A Milkcrate Café A total of six (6) tables and twelve (12) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the north sidewalk of Baltimore Avenue along the property line of 4435 Baltimore Avenue and the east sidewalk of South 45th Street along the property line of 4435 Baltimore Avenue written in two parts: Part 1 Four (4) tables and eight (8) seats will be located adjacent to the property line and will encroach a distance of approximately five feet (5’-0”) towards the south along the north footway of Baltimore Avenue starting from a point approximately thirty-five feet eight inches (35’-8”) east of the South 45th Street east curbline to a point approximately eleven feet (11’-0”) farther east leaving a minimum nine feet (9’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
