Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 3419 KENSINGTON PARTNERS (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property : 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134 A total of five (5) tables and ten (10) seats, one trash receptacle, and seven (7) planters for a sidewalk café will be located adjacent to the building line of 3423 Kensington Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately five feet (5’-0”) towards the north along the north footway of East Russell Street starting from a point approximately twenty-seven feet four inches (27-4”) east of the Kensington Avenue east curbline to a point approximately forty-four feet (44-0”) farther east leaving a minimum five feet (5’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway. SECTION 2.
