Amending Chapter 9-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Commercial Activities on Streets” to make certain changes to permissible locations for farmers’ markets, all under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITES ON STREETS * * * § 9-213. Farmers’ Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers’ Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (a) The sidewalk and curb lane of the south side of Walnut Street between 18th Street and 19th Street; and the sidewalk of the west side of 18th Street between Walnut Street and Locust Street abutting Rittenhouse Square; the curb lane of the west side of 18th Street from 120 feet south of Walnut Street to Locust Street; the sidewalk and curb lane of the east side of W. Rittenhouse from Walnut Street to Locust Street; the curb lane of the west side of W.
