THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: NO STOPPING ANYTIME TOW AWAY ZONE The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, South side, Front Street to 2nd Street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: NO STOPPING ANYTIME TOW AWAY ZONE The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, South side, Moyamensing Avenue to 3rd Street. SECTION 3.
