Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, NEW STYLE STUDIO CORP (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 113-17 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147 Various proposed encroachments include a total of ten (10) tables and forty (40) seats, four (4) proposed planters and four (4) refuse containers for a sidewalk café will be located along the north footway of Washington Avenue along the property line of 113-17 Washington Avenue written in two (2) parts: Part 1 A total of five (5) tables and twenty (20) seats, and two (2) planters for a sidewalk café will be located along the building line of 113-17 Washington Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet (4’-0”) towards the south along the north footway of Washington Avenue starting from a point approximately one hundred fifty-five feet seven inches (155’-7”) west of the South Front Street west curbline to a point approximately forty-two feet two inches (42’-2”) farther west leaving a minimum six feet (6’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
