Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver a deed to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with buildings and improvements, situated on 5928-30 Germantown Avenue in the 8th Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1.
