Appointing Mark Graefe to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Mark Graefe is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District, to serve in the term ending the first Monday in January, 2030.
