Recognizing the month of September as National Literacy Month and strengthening Philadelphia's commitment to literacy and digital literacy for all residents.

Recognizing September 15 through October 15 as Hispanic Heritage Month in the City of Philadelphia and honoring the history, culture, and contributions of the Hispanic and Latino communities to our City and nation.

Recognizing and honoring World Master Percussionist Pablo Batista for his distinguished contributions to music, culture, and education in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

Renaming and designating the property commonly referred to as Wissinoming Park, located at 5801 Frankford Ave, as "Margaret Tartaglione Park" in the City of Philadelphia.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2847 Boudinot Street located in the 7th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
