Declaring March 16 - March 20, 2026 as National LGBTQ Health Awareness Week in the City of Philadelphia.

Honoring the Schools and Principals of the Fourth Council District for Their Ongoing Commitment to Coordination and Staying Informed Through Monday Morning Roll Call Meetings.

Also naming the 5100 Block of Chester Avenue as "Paul Ellis Hill Way" to honor the life, legacy, and community impact of Paul Ellis Hill in the Kingsessing neighborhood.

Also naming the intersection of 40th and Chestnut Street as "Darcenia Burrell Way" to honor the life and legacy of Darcenia V. Burrell and her lasting contributions to the community.

Honoring and recognizing the women of the Philadelphia Sheriff's Office during Women's History Month 2026 for their tireless service, sacrifice, and invaluable contributions to the safety and well-being of the City of Philadelphia.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver a deed to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with buildings and improvements, situated on 5928-30 Germantown Avenue in the 8th Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," and amending Section 14-604 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Accessory Uses and Structures," to provide for notice to owners and residents of a building regarding dwelling units licensed for limited lodging on the property, all under certain terms and conditions.

Removing the parking lane and prohibiting stopping on the south side of Cinnaminson Street, from Mitchell Street to Pechin Street.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Baltimore Avenue, Cobbs Creek Parkway, a SEPTA Regional Railroad Right-of-Way, and Cobbs Creek.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Ludlow Street, South 41st Street, West Girard Avenue, and North 48th Street.

March 18, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE Authorizing the Procurement Commissioner to enter into agreements to purchase electricity, natural gas and motor fuel for use by the City in City facilities and vehicles, including agreements that obligate payment for delivery of such energy supplies in future fiscal years, all under certain terms and conditions. Providing for the approval by the Council of the City of Philadelphia of a Revised Five Year Financial Plan for the City of Philadelphia covering Fiscal Years 2027 through 2031, and incorporating revisions with respect to Fiscal Year 2026, which is to be submitted by the Mayor to the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority pursuant to an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement by and between the City and the Authority.
