To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Grange Avenue, Park Avenue, Chew Avenue, and Broad Street.

Recognizing June 11th as the International Day of Play in the City of Philadelphia and honoring the Live and Learn initiative for its groundbreaking work bringing Playful Learning environments to affordable housing communities, in alignment with the global mission to elevate and protect every child's right to play.

Calling on the Office of Youth Engagement to expand its collaboration with the City Council's Committee on Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Department (PPR) to strengthen youth leadership, civic participation, and cross-agency coordination, thereby ensuring youth voices are meaningfully integrated into City decision-making.

Recognizing and Honoring the Life and Legacy of Congressman Dwight Evans on the Occasion of His 71st Birthday and Declaring May 16, 2025, as "Dwight Evans Day" in the City of Philadelphia.

Authorizing the development and implementation of a Real-Time Safety Awareness Signage Initiative to publicly display crash data in alignment with the City's Vision Zero goals and to promote street safety awareness and behavioral change.

Honoring and celebrating Feliz Filadelphia for its dedication to empowering youth through recreation, education, and community development.

Honoring and celebrating Summer Search Philadelphia for their dedication to empowering Philadelphia's youth through mentorship, education, and career exploration.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 180560), approved July 10, 2018, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 250 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Montour Street from Adams Avenue to Foulkrod Street, under certain terms and conditions" by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.

Recognizing the Active People, Healthy Nation initiative, a national effort led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Heart Association and reaffirming the City of Philadelphia's commitment to championing policies, programs, and investments that promote physical activity, improve public health, especially for children, and ensure equitable access to recreation for all residents.

Honoring and Celebrating Beyond the Bars on the Occasion of Their 10th Anniversary for Their Dedication to Empowering Philadelphia's Youth Through Music, Leadership, and Community Engagement

Honoring March as National Reading Month and Recognizing the "Read by 4th" Initiative for Its Commitment to Early Childhood Literacy.

Welcoming, recognizing and commending Morehouse College and the "Get On The Bus" Initiative for their dedication to mentorship, leadership, and community empowerment in Philadelphia.

Recognizing March 2025 as "Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month" and Promoting Public Awareness of the Risks and Prevention of Colorectal Cancer.

Authorizing PHILIPPIAN BAPTIST CHURCH or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 5801 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19141, under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring the Office of Clean and Green for Their Exceptional Contributions Toward a Cleaner, Greener Philadelphia.

Recognizing and Honoring Juvenile Law Center on its 50th Anniversary.

Recognizing January 2025 as National Mentoring Month and honoring the contributions of Philadelphia's mentoring organizations.

Amending Section 14-520 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/NDO, Ninth District Overlay District," by reorganizing existing requirements and requiring Special Exceptions for certain uses in designated areas, all under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring and recognizing Philadelphia Academies, Inc. for its dedicated service to the students of Philadelphia since 1969 and for its ongoing commitment to providing innovative solutions that empower young people to succeed academically and professionally.

Calling on the Board of Trustees at Community College of Philadelphia for increased wages for all faculty and staff, including full-time faculty, part-time faculty, and classified staff.

Honoring and recognizing Mural Arts Philadelphia for four decades of transforming communities through public art and social engagement.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 6233 N. Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
