Honoring and recognizing Shakir Johnson, Head Boys Basketball Coach at Olney High School, for his leadership, mentorship, and steadfast commitment to expanding opportunity for young people in the Ninth Councilmanic District.

Honoring and recognizing Youth Empowerment for Advancement Hangout (YEAH) Philly for its work advancing community-based violence prevention, youth leadership, and healing-centered engagement with Black youth in Philadelphia.

Honoring and recognizing Shelice's Angels for its work empowering young women by expanding their horizons, building self-esteem, and providing resources, mentorship, and exposure to opportunities beyond their immediate environments.

Declaring February 5, 2026, as Citywide Student Government Day in the City of Philadelphia.

Honoring and recognizing Black Girls Love Math for its work in eliminating racial and gender inequality in mathematics by cultivating a positive math identity for Black girls through culturally responsive enrichment, mentoring, and community in Philadelphia.

Recognizing January as Cervical Cancer Awareness Month and honoring Angela "The Survivor Diva" Reese for her outstanding leadership with the Pennsylvania National Cervical Cancer Coalition - Northwest Philadelphia Chapter and her dedication to cervical cancer awareness and survivor advocacy.

Honoring and recognizing The MAAFA Redemption Project and its Executive Director, Rev. Marshall Hatch Jr., for creating a safe, healing, and disciplined pathway for young men to reimagine themselves as leaders and change agents work that reflects the same fight for opportunity, safety, and dignity championed in Philadelphia's neighborhoods.

Honoring La Salle College High School on Winning the 2025 PIAA Class 6A State Football Championship.

Recognizing and honoring Rich Lazer, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, for strengthening the Authority's operations, improving customer service, and addressing key quality-of-life issues that impact residents across the City of Philadelphia.

Amending Chapter 9-4400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Responsible Business Operations," to add illegal sales of tobacco products to minors and unlicensed tobacco retailing as nuisance behaviors, and require completion of a Department-approved Tobacco Retailer Education and Compliance Training as a condition of lifting a Cease Operations Order, all under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring and recognizing Distinguished Young Gentlemen for its mentorship and youth development work empowering Philadelphia's elementary school-aged boys through etiquette, character-building, and leadership development, as part of the Children & Youth Spotlight, which celebrates community-centered organizations uplifting young people across the City.

Honoring and recognizing Inner Strength Education during the celebration of its 10-Year Anniversary for its decade of transformative work empowering Philadelphia's youth through mindfulness-based social-emotional learning, trauma-sensitive mentoring, and whole-person developmental programming, as part of the Children & Youth Spotlight, which celebrates community-centered organizations uplifting young people across the City.

Amending Chapter 9-3900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Property Licenses and Owner Accountability," by requiring non-resident landlords to provide verifiable contact information and a designated local contact and establishing penalties for non-compliance, all under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring the life and legacy of Kada Scott, a beacon of light and love in Philadelphia, remembered for her faith, kindness, and the countless lives she touched.
