Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on South 59th Street from Market Street to Baltimore Avenue, and the removal of a travel lane within the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 4248 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA 19104, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the renaming of the 600 block of Pallas Street in West Philadelphia to "Crawley Way" in honor of Ms. Carrie Shelton Crawley for her lifelong dedication to community service and leadership.

Declaring May 13th, 2025, the 40th Anniversary of the MOVE Bombing, as a day of reflection and remembrance in the City of Philadelphia.

Honoring and congratulating the first graduating class of the West Philadelphia Zoo Scholars program for their outstanding accomplishments, leadership, and dedication to the values of conservation, community, and lifelong learning.

Amending Section 14-533 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "/MIN, Mixed Income Neighborhoods Overlay District," to expand applicable areas of the overlay in the vicinity of 49th Street and Woodland Avenue

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Powelton Avenue, Preston Street, Filbert Street, and 41st Street, and to amend Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code by adding Section 14-544 entitled /CSI, CSI Forensic Laboratory Overlay District, and making other related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 705, 709, and 713 N 35th St; 3712 and 3714 Wallace St; and 3810 Haverford Ave located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land located in and about the area bounded by 31st Street, Ludlow Street, and 32nd Street, together with all improvements thereon, for purposes of placing on the City Plan, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending subsection 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by permitting vendors licensed to operate on certain City streets from certain otherwise prohibited conduct; all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending subsection 19-2604(6) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Credit for Contributions to Community Development Corporations, Nonprofit Organizations Engaged in Developing and Implementing Healthy Food Initiatives and Nonprofit Intermediaries," under which businesses may enter into agreements to make contributions to community development corporations and certain other organizations to receive tax credits, by expanding eligibility for recipients of such funds and the uses to which such funds may be used; and which taxes that are used for this tax credit program, and increasing the number of businesses to which the credit shall be made available; and providing the option for a commensurate grant program; all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 813 Union Street, 6130 Ellsworth Street, 4910 Kingsessing Avenue, 5417 Florence Avenue, 5425 Florence Avenue in the Third Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

Amending Section 14-533 of The Philadelphia Code ("/MIN, Mixed Income Neighborhoods Overlay District") to exempt from certain requirements of that Section residential development under programs designed to create affordable homeownership, which programs mandate deed restrictions and agreements establishing ongoing affordability requirements, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane and removal of a travel lane on 47th Street, under certain terms and conditions.

Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on 47th Street between Chestnut Street and Kingsessing, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 708 N. Shedwick Street, 710 N. Shedwick Street, 714 N. Shedwick Street and 723 N. Shedwick Street located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Honoring Officer Jesse Woodhouse for his outstanding service to the 16TH Police District in West Philadelphia on the occasion of his retirement.

Amending Chapter 14-516 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/WST, West Overlay District," by providing for new digital sign controls; all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 19-4600 of Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Low-Income Tax Provisions," by extending the deadline for low-income taxpayers to apply for a refund or forgiveness of Real Estate Taxes, under certain terms and conditions.

Recognizing Bernice Corean Wilcox for her lifelong dedication to her family and community, celebrating her remarkable contributions, and expressing deep appreciation for the lasting impact of her kindness, service, and leadership.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1124 S 56th Street located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 4701 Sansom Street located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
