Renaming 1900 Block of South 20th Street "Dr. Beverly Wylie Way" in honor of Reverend Dr. Beverly Wylie, in recognition of her steadfast commitment to her church and dedicated service to the South Philadelphia community.

Amending Chapter 10-700 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse and Littering," to require locking dumpsters; all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Director of the Department of Aviation, on behalf of the City, to transfer or convey real estate interests to resolve litigation with Tinicum Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.

Renaming the 1600 block of Ellsworth Street "Margaret E. Wallace Way" to honor Margaret "Mom" Wallace for her lifelong dedication and service to the South Philadelphia community.

Honoring and recognizing the life and legacy of Philadelphia Flyers goaltender and Hockey Hall of Famer Bernie Parent, on the occasion of his passing, for his outstanding contributions to the sport of hockey and the Philadelphia community.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" by clarifying certain provisions related to mixed income housing, revising the quality standards for affordable units within mixed income developments and making related technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser interest in real estate, by purchase, dedication, donation, condemnation, agreement in lieu of condemnation, or otherwise, in certain parcels of land along the Schuylkill River and the Wissahickon Creek together with all improvements thereon and all associated easements and appurtenances, for public recreational purposes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Approving the reappointment of McCullough Williams III to the Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board.

Condemning President Donald Trump's recent efforts to whitewash, suppress, and rewrite American history by removing slavery related content from national parks - including an exhibit at Independence National Historical Park honoring the nine individuals enslaved by President George Washington, developed by the Avenging the Ancestors Coalition - thereby attempting to erase Black history from the national narrative.

Renaming the 2100 Block of McClellan Street "Christine E. Thomas Way" in honor of Christine E. Thomas for her extraordinary service to her community and to the City of Philadelphia.

Amending Chapter 12-3400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use of An Automated Speed Enforcement System to Improve Safety," by providing for the use, administration and enforcement of automated speed cameras on designated state routes, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Officers and Employees," by changing the compensation of members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, all under certain terms and conditions.

Repealing in its entirety Bill No. 240415 (approved July 19, 2024), entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Island Avenue, the Delaware Expressway, and Bartram Avenue."

Renaming the 2000 Block of Snyder Ave "Anton K. Moore Way" in honor of Anton K. Moore's commitment to giving back to his community and empowering the youth of Philadelphia.

Renaming the 1900 block of South Street "Dr. Beverly Wylie Way" in honor of Reverend Dr, Beverly Wylie, in recognition of her steadfast commitment to her church and dedicated service to the South Philadelphia community.

Renaming the 2300 block of Snyder Ave "James Darrell Robinson, Jr., Way" in honor of James "Lil Darrell" Robinson, Jr., recognizing his contributions to Yesha Ministries and his community through his musical genius and artistic talents.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1316 and 1318 South Cleveland Street, 2714 and 2716 Oakford Street, 1225 S. 17th Street located in the 2nd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Amending Chapter 12-900 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking Regulations and Penalties," to confirm regulations adopted by the Department of Streets that establish and revise time-limited and other rules restricting parking, stopping and standing, including the establishment of time-restricted loading zones, in the Center City area, bounded by Spring Garden street, the Schuylkill River, Bainbridge street and the Delaware River; and to reauthorize changes and additions to such parking rules in the Center City area by the Department of Streets on an ongoing basis; all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 19-4400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Development Impact Tax," to clarify the exemption for rental housing projects, all under certain terms and conditions.

Thanking Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie and his family for their generous $50 million donation to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine to establish the Lurie Autism Institute, an organization centered on accelerating autism research.

Proposing an amendment to Article VIII, Chapter 5 of the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, entitled "Referenda Approved by the Voters," by adding a new section providing that the citizens of Philadelphia call upon the Pennsylvania General Assembly to provide sustainable and consistent funding to mass transit throughout the Commonwealth, including to SEPTA.
