Granting permission to Germantown Jewish Centre to demarcate the boundaries of a Germantown eruv district, to construct and maintain a clear nylon cord and/or plastic tubes and other ancillary facilities including a maximum of ten poles along, over, and in certain public rights- of-way and City streets, and/or to attach such demarcation facilities to existing facilities owned by other entities authorized by other City ordinances, subject to such owner's consent; all under certain terms and conditions.

Wister Street in the Eighth Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to The Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

Approving the fifth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Tioga Urban Renewal Area, being the area generally bounded by Hunting Park avenue on the north, Broad street, Germantown avenue, Venango street, Fifteenth street, Allegheny avenue and Germantown avenue on the east, Glenwood avenue and Lehigh avenue on the south and Twenty-third street, Allegheny avenue and Twenty-second street on the west, including the fifth amendment to the urban renewal plan, which provides, inter alia, for changes that would make it consistent with the Tioga Redevelopment Area Plan and generally consistent with the most recent Comprehensive Plan approved by the City Planning Commission of the City of Philadelphia.

Recognizing March of 2024 as Philadelphia's month of Literacy and Reading.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Sedgwick Street, Ardleigh Street, Upsal Street, Belfield Avenue, and Sprague Street.

Honoring Renée Chenault Fattah for her unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence throughout her esteemed career.

Renaming the 6000 Block of Norwood Street "Frankie Beverly Way" to honor Frankie Beverly for his significant contributions to the music industry.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Old York Road and Courtland Street and Loudon Street.

Recognizing the nonprofit Half A Million Kids to bring awareness to children living in the Foster Care system and ways Philadelphia can work collaboratively to help find permanent homes for foster kids.

Authorizing Philadelphia City Council to hold hearings and meetings investigating "stop-and-go" establishments that violate restaurant liquor license requirements and further diminish the health, safety, and well-being of the surrounding community.

Renaming the 2900 block of North 22nd Street "Ray Murphy Way" to honor Ray Murphy for his tireless service to the North 22nd Street Community.

Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for certain permit parking districts, all under certain terms and conditions.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Rockland street and N. 2nd street; Lawrence street and Rockland street; Ruscomb street and N. 2nd street; Ashdale street to N. 3rd street.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Gravers lane and Millman street.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," all under certain terms and conditions.
