Recognizing April 30, 2026, as National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day in the City of Philadelphia, honoring the vital work of local animal shelters and encouraging residents to adopt, volunteer, and support animal welfare efforts throughout the year.

Also renaming the corner of E. Collom Street and Wakefield Street "Herbert 'Drum' Burch Way," to honor and recognize the life, service, and enduring legacy of Herbert "Drum" Burch, a devoted community activist, veteran, healthcare professional, and political leader in the City of Philadelphia.

Supporting the City of Philadelphia's participation in Bird Town Pennsylvania and promoting sustainable conservation initiatives in the City and committing to community-based conservation initiatives to protect birds, wildlife, and the environment.

Honoring and recognizing Chestnut Hill College and its Political Science Department for their commitment to academic excellence, diversity, civic engagement, and the advancement of future leaders, and further recognizing Dr. Jeffrey Carroll for his historic leadership in the field of political science.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by adding provisions prohibiting retail establishments from rounding transaction totals upward when a customer tenders cash without exact coinage, and requiring rounding downward to the nearest five-cent increment; all under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring Pastor Dicie Gilmore for her leadership, compassion, and dedicated service to the community, in recognition of April as the National Month of Hope and the power of healing and resilience.

Recognizing and honoring May 21st of each year as "Ona Judge Day" in the City of Philadelphia.

Recognizing the Germantown Jazz Festival and its contributions to cultural enrichment, community wellness, and economic vitality in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Recognizing National Crime Victims' Rights Week, April 19-25, 2026, and honoring Northwest Victim Services for their dedicated advocacy and community impact.

Also naming the corner of E. Haines Street and Morton Street "Honorable Donna Reed Miller Way," in recognition of her lifelong commitment to public service, impactful policy leadership, and enduring inspiration to the City of Philadelphia.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by West Seymour Street, Knox Street, West Logan Street and Keyser Street.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by N. 18th Street, Colonial Street, N. 17th Street and Chelten Avenue.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by East Washington Lane, Stenton Avenue, East Haines Street, and Ardleigh Street.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by East Washington Lane, Crittenden Street, East Tulpehocken Street, East Haines Street, and Ardleigh Street.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 45 and 75 E. Ashmead Street in the 8th Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2726 N.15th Street located in the 8th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver a deed to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with buildings and improvements, situated on 5928-30 Germantown Avenue in the 8th Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia

Honoring and congratulating Max Kent on the occasion of his retirement from NewCourtland and recognizing his decades of dedicated leadership in the United States Army, healthcare administration, community service, and support of Philadelphia's seniors and those who are underserved.

Honoring and recognizing Mekia Elizabeth, Block Captain of the 4500 block of Fernhill Road in Southwest Germantown, for being named Block Captain of the Year by The Philadelphia Citizen and commending her outstanding leadership and dedication to building a stronger, more connected community in the City of Philadelphia.

Recognizing and honoring the students, educators, and leadership of Imhotep Institute Charter High School for their outstanding STEM Program and global educational initiatives, including Project Kuumba: Japan, and celebrating their commitment to expanding access to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education for students in the City of Philadelphia.
