Amending Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Officers and Employees," by changing the compensation of members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 17 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Contracts and Procurement," to prohibit contractors providing solid waste, recycling or composting services to the City from incinerating discarded matter, under certain terms and conditions.

Repealing in its entirety Bill No. 240415 (approved July 19, 2024), entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Island Avenue, the Delaware Expressway, and Bartram Avenue."

Honoring and celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Danny Rumph Classic and recognizing its ongoing commitment to heart health awareness, community empowerment, and Philadelphia's rich basketball legacy. .Body WHEREAS, The Danny Rumph Classic, presented by the Daniel E. Authorizing the Committee on People with Disabilities and Special Needs to hold a hearing on the City's progress preparing to accommodate individuals with disabilities for the historic programming taking place in 2026 in the City of Philadelphia.
