Renaming and designating the property commonly referred to as Panati Playground, located at 3100 N 22nd Street, to the "Allegheny West Recreation Center" in recognition of the community and neighborhood that it serves.

Honoring and recognizing Austin J. McGreal, Esquire for his over 40 years of legal service and dedication to the City of Philadelphia through his tenure as General Counsel of the Philadelphia Municipal Authority.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 2726 N. 15th Street in the 8th Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

Also naming the corner of Broad Street and Pike Street in the City of Philadelphia as "Saudia Shuler Way" in honor of Saudia Shuler's outstanding contributions to the City, her unparalleled commitment to uplifting the community, and her positive cultural impact on Philadelphia and beyond.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Land Bank deeds conveying title to 92 Collum Street, 98 Collum Street, and 5128 Wakefield Street, located in the 8th Councilmanic District, pursuant to the requirements of the Commonwealth Land Bank Act.

Authorizing Councilmember Cindy Bass's appeal, on behalf of and as representative of City Council, of the decision of the Department of Licenses and Inspections with respect to 6930 Ardleigh Street.

Amending Section 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by amending Section 14-530, entitled "Eighth District Overlay District" to add a section on Supplemental Use Regulations and making related changes all under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring the courage and Legacy of Ruby Bridges by Recognizing November 14th as Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day in the City of Philadelphia.

Honoring and Recognizing Nicole Fisher for Her Outstanding Commitment to Empowering Philadelphia's Youth, Promoting Anti-Violence Initiatives, and Exemplifying Leadership Through Faith, Family, and Service

Amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity," by adding a new Section to impose a temporary moratorium on the breeding and transfer of puppies, all under certain terms and conditions.

Recognizing the extraordinary contributions and lifetime achievements of Dr. Molefi Kete Asante, founder of Afrocentricity, and the founder of the Molefi Kete Asante (MKA) Institute for Afrocentric Studies in the Germantown Neighborhood.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by N. Sydenham Street, Venango Street, N. Smedley Street, and W. Tioga Street.

Amending Section 10-503 of The Philadelphia Code to prohibit the unlawful trading, theft, and trafficking of catalytic converters and motor vehicle parts containing precious metals, and to increase penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.

Recognizing the 125th anniversary of Corinthian Baptist Church of Germantown, a pillar of faith, service and community.

Renaming the intersection at 21st Street and Godfrey Avenue to "Rev. C. L. Pryor Way" in honor of Reverend C. L. Pryor, a visionary leader, community servant, and longtime pastor of Corinthian Baptist Church of Germantown.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Chew Avenue, Church Lane, and East Wister Street.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in and to all or a portion of the properties known as 1948 Cayuga Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing various encroachments in the vicinity of 5901 Wayne Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144, under certain terms and conditions.
