Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire, on behalf of the City, fee simple title or a lesser interest, by purchase, dedication, donation, condemnation, agreement in lieu of condemnation or otherwise, for the purpose of making, enlarging, connecting, extending, operating, and maintaining public parks for recreational use, certain parcels of land, generally bounded and located between Vine Street, Fairmount Avenue, 8th Street and 12th Street, together with all improvements thereon and all associated easements and appurtenances; and to lease the property, or a portion thereof, to the Center City District; all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Land Bank a deed conveying title to 2118 E. Monmouth Street, located in the 1st Councilmanic District, pursuant to the requirements of the Commonwealth Land Bank Act.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 100 Emily Street, 2315 S. Marshall Street, 518 Pierce Street, 2549 S. 3rd Street, and 2117 S. 6th Street located in the 1st Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Repealing in its entirety the following Ordinance, approved December 23, 2024: Bill No. 240964-A02 (authorizing the City of Philadelphia to organize an authority to be known as The Arena Services District Authority, pursuant to the terms of the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act, all under certain terms and conditions).

Also naming 7th Street between Bigler Street and the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) as "SEYAA Way" to honor the Southeast Youth Athletic Association.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 762 S 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147, under certain terms and conditions.

Also naming South Broad Street between Pine and Lombard Streets as "Teddy Pendergrass Way" to honor the life and legacy of South Philadelphia legendary entertainer Teddy Pendergrass.
