Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to PECO Energy Company an easement for the purpose of accessing, installing, maintaining and repairing underground transformers and supporting infrastructure along and adjacent to a portion of the Pennypack Path in and about the area commonly known as 7801 State Road, under certain terms and conditions.

Designating April 18, 2026, as Lineworker Appreciation Day in the City of Philadelphia, and recognizing and honoring the dedication and resilience of lineworkers who build, maintain, and repair the infrastructure that powers our City.

Recognizing the launch of Finanta Credit Union, a Low Income Designated Credit Union, and honoring Finata's ongoing dedication to the residents of Philadelphia.

Amending Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code ("Business Income and Receipts Taxes") to exempt sole proprietorships and single-member limited liability companies from some or all of the Business Income and Receipts Tax, under certain terms and conditions.

Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Ryan Avenue between Leon Street and Frankford Avenue.

Honoring and recognizing Inspector Frank Bachmayer on his retirement from the Philadelphia Police Department after 44 years of dedicated service.

Honoring the Saint Hubert's Catholic High School for Girls' soccer team for winning the 2025 Philadelphia Catholic League Championship.

Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 250771, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing 3419 KENSINGTON PARTNERS or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.

Authorizing the Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities to hold hearings to investigate SEPTA Regional Rail's Silverliner IV fleet.

Authorizing a Streetery in the Right-of-Way adjacent to 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing 3419 KENSINGTON PARTNERS or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.

Also naming the 3300 block of Tilton Street as "Czerw Way" to honor the life and legacy of John Czerw.

Amending Chapter 10-2800 of The Philadelphia Code ("Chapter 10-2800 Vehicular Mobile Service Providers") to add new prohibitions on where mobile medical service providers may operate and providing for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.

Initiating action to continue the Mayfair Business Improvement District beyond its termination date in an area that generally includes both sides of Frankford Avenue from the north side of Harbison Avenue to the south side of Sheffield Street and certain blocks of streets that intersect that portion of Frankford Avenue; and for which Mayfair Business Improvement District, Inc., a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, serves as the Neighborhood Improvement District Management Association; approving a preliminary plan for and report concerning the District; and authorizing and directing the Committee on Rules and the Clerk of Council to take all actions that are required by the Community and Economic Improvement Act, prior to enactment of an ordinance that would formally establish the District.

Proclaiming May 2025 as Dual Asian American Pacific Islander and Jewish American Heritage Month in Philadelphia to pay tribute to the rich history and significant contributions made by generations of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and Jewish Americans to our Country, Commonwealth, and City.

Continuing the Mayfair Business Improvement District ("District") beyond its termination date in an area that generally includes both sides of Frankford Avenue from the north side of Harbison Avenue to the south side of Sheffield Street and certain blocks of streets that intersect that portion of Frankford Avenue; approving a change of the boundaries of the District to include 6700 Rowland Avenue to the service area; approving a change of boundaries of the District to remove from the service area 4014 through 4034 Robbins Street as well as 3501 through 3539 Ryan Avenue; continuing the Mayfair Business Improvement District, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, as the neighborhood improvement district management association for the District; approving a plan for and report concerning the District; authorizing the Director of Commerce, on behalf of the City, to execute an agreement with the Mayfair Business Improvement District, Inc. relating to the District; and reauthorizing the...
